Pricing
I list my rates because I think you should know what you're getting into before we talk. Pricing is based on the type of engagement — not a black box that changes based on how big your company looks.
Engagement types
All engagements are billed hourly. The tiers reflect the working relationship — how much bandwidth I'm dedicating to your project each week.
01 — Ad-hoc
As needed
1 hour minimum · No weekly commitment

Ongoing partner
~10 hrs/week · Consistent weekly progress

~20 hrs/week · Effectively embedded

Third-party costs — materials, prototyping, software licenses, vendor fees — are passed through at cost. I'll flag these before they happen. No surprises on the invoice.
For longer engagements or retainer arrangements, custom rates are available. If hourly doesn't fit what you need, let's talk.
The weekly ranges are a guide to the working relationship, not a rigid billing threshold. I bill for actual work done, not arbitrary minimums.
